Our Mission

Our mission is to offer a cost-effective solution that streamlines back-office processes, reducing overhead expenses and freeing up owner and administrator time to focus on revenue-driven activities.

When I started Right Hand Senior Care in 2016, I didn't anticipate the operational challenges ahead—state audits, payroll issues, staffing shortages, and natural disasters, followed by the pandemic. Instead of being defeated, I restructured by hiring remote assistants for back-office support. This brought immediate relief and allowed me to focus on growth. As my virtual team expanded, operations became more efficient, and by 2021, Right Hand Senior Care was on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. Our specialized back-office system, now known as P2 Owner Support Services, became a powerful collective force. P2, short for People Squared, reflects how the right support can multiply a business's potential. Today, I manage my business remotely and offer P2’s services to help other home care businesses thrive by easing their administrative burden.
